English Week took a delicious start this morning as M2 students traded their textbooks for aprons, bringing flavors from around the globe to the English Department! Working in collaborative teams, students practiced their speaking skills by preparing and presenting international dishes, ranging from classic Steak and savory Mashed Potatoes with Gravy to crispy Mozzarella Sticks and refreshing Greek Yogurt.
The atmosphere was full of excitement as students presented their culinary creations in English, confidently explaining their recipes and cultural origins to our EP teacher judges Mr. Howard, Ms. Sasitorn, Ms. Rungnapa, Ms. Chee and Mr. Phil. Teachers were delighted to step in as “food critics,” sampling the dishes and engaging students in lively Q&A sessions. It was a fantastic demonstration of how language, teamwork, and a love for food can come together for a perfect learning experience.
