On Wednesday, September 16, 2026, ACSP EP Secondary 4-5 students went on an enriching field trip to Dusit Thani College, Bangkok. The purpose of this educational trip was to engage in a Class Project Evaluation activity, which aimed to broaden their educational horizons and foster experiential learning beyond the confines of the classroom.
During the field trip, students were warmly welcomed and engaged in a college introduction activity, including a DTC Campus Tour. This immersive experience in a real-world learning environment allowed them to explore various aspects of food, service, and hospitality, as well as discover career paths and opportunities that aligned with their interests. Subsequently, students participated in the Class Project Evaluation, presenting their learning and practical work to expert faculty members of DTC. This showcased their creativity, communication, teamwork, and presentation skills, and they received valuable feedback to enhance their work and capabilities.
This activity aligns with the ACSP learning approach, which prioritizes “learning from real-world experiences to uncover one’s potential and career path.” It fosters students’ broadened perspectives, practical engagement, and the development of essential 21st-century skills, equipping them for further education and future careers with quality.
