On June 18, 2026, our Secondary 1 English Program students participated in an exciting and interactive learning session led by Dr. Wannapong Triampo.
During the science activity, Dr. Wannapong taught students about plant leaves and their importance. Students explored different areas around the school to collect leaf samples, which were then analyzed using Artificial Intelligence (AI). The AI helped identify each plant and provided information about its benefits and potential dangers. This hands-on experience allowed students to connect scientific observation with modern technology.
In the second part of the session, students were introduced to the fundamentals of programming and datasets. They took part in a computer-based activity that demonstrated how data is collected and used in AI systems. As an engaging example, students used AI technology to scan and analyze their own faces, helping them understand how artificial intelligence processes and interprets data.
This special activity provided students with valuable knowledge in science, technology, and AI while encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and digital literacy skills for the future.
We would like to thank Dr. Wannapong Triampo for sharing his expertise and inspiring our students through this memorable learning experience.
