S4 students majoring in Creative & Innovative Media Design (CIMD) kicked off their Final Presentations with a unique exhibition titled “Furoshiki Bag Fashion Design: Waves of Culture.” The exhibition was facilitated under the guidance of Ms. A.Sasinut Lhaitananont, Lecturer of Art and Design Department (Assumption University) and Mr. Thossaphol Manivong.
The vibrant showcase highlights original work from the Fashion Design course, featuring uniquely crafted Furoshiki bags, traditional Japanese-style fabric wrap designs brought to life through modern artistic lenses. Students explored a rich variety of personal themes, intricate styles, and striking patterns, blending cultural heritage with contemporary design innovation.
The students shared the vision behind their creations with Head of the English Department, Ms. Jiraporn Jittham, and Vice Director and English Program Consultant, Bro. Panuwat Mouentup, who evaluated their work and offered valuable feedback.
Be sure to visit the exhibition space this week to support our young designers and experience how art is being reimagined by the next generation of creative minds!
